Bob and Elva Tatangelo have owned and operated Tatangelo Realty, Inc.  (TRI) since 1982. The real estate company has sold and leased residential commercial and industrial properties in the United States and Mexico.  TRI  also owned and operated a RE/Max office with 25 agents from 1987 to 1993.

They also own and operate Inversiones Vista al Mar SA de CV (IVAM) (Oceanview Investments) which was incorporated as a Mexican corporation in 2004. They own 2 condominiums in Xamanha.

Elva was born and raised in Laredo Texas and is bilingual English and Spanish. She has been a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1982.  She is also a certified mediator in family, divorce and child custody cases. She has a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas Arlington.

Bob was born in Providence, RI lived in Mexico City as a child and graduated from High School in Laredo, Texas.  He has a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas, Austin and a MBA in International Business from Southern Illinois University.  He flew C141 in the USAF and as a commercial airline pilot for Braniff and retired from American Airlines.
